Welcome To Bentley Bees

Our mission is to breed a line of honeybees that are calm, produce well and have the hygienic traits to achieve the goal of chemical free beekeeping.
To obtain this mission we have chosen the difficult path to be totally chemical free in the raising of our bees. This requires a lot of attention to details, more work and a thorough commitment to Integrated Pest Management (IPM). We test developments in the beekeeping industry as well as explore and test innovative ideas of our own.
This website is a work in progress- Please check back often as we fill this website with information about Bentley Bees, beekeeping, ideas we've tried and our progress towards helping other beekeeper achieve the goal of chemical free beekeeping.
Thank you to the many people who have helped us along the way and to those supporting our continual journey,
Ron Bentley & Cameron Crane
